Breakfast runs all morning. Wood-fired pizzas come out of the oven blistered and fast. The fish on the grill was on a boat an hour ago. And when the sky turns peach, the cocktails come out and the acoustic set starts. Locals and guests, long tables, no rush; the good kind of dinner.
